For your convenience, Center Bank provides a ‘Make an Appointment’ service before you visit a branch.
This service allows you to receive priority service over other customers saving you valuable time.
You can make an appointment on-line for the following services:
Open or renew an account
Apply for or check on Loans and Lines of Credit
SBA Loans
Auto Loans
International Banking
Learn about online or Bill Payment banking
Please follow the directions to make an appointment on-line:
1. Online appointment scheduling is offered at a limited number of branches.
2. Same-day appointments cannot be scheduled online. If you need to speak with a banker urgently, please visit or call your nearest branch.
3. Appointments cannot be scheduled online with a specific banker. But a qualified banker will be ready to meet you and to discuss the full range of Center Bank products and services.
4. To make an appointment, please choose the date, time and purpose of the meeting. After typing your personal information accurately, please press the ‘Submit’ button. Center Bank will then send a confirmation e-mail to you. (Your personal information will be used for the appointment only and is not shared outside the bank.)
5. When you visit the bank after setting up your online appointment, please bring your confirmation email with you to your appointment. Just let any of the bankers know you are there for an appointment and they will direct you to the appropriate banker.
6. To cancel your existing appointment or change your schedule, please send an e-mail or call the banker who sent the confirmation e-mail to you. You may also make a new appointment with her/him for a different date or time.
7. Even if you don’t have an account with Center Bank, anyone can make an appointment online to visit with a Center Bank banker.
