History of Center Bank
Center Bank is a full-service commercial bank founded in March of 1986 in Los Angeles. The bank provides comprehensive financial services for small to medium sized business owners in the greater Los Angeles area. Nineteen banking offices and six loan production offices located throughout the region give convenient access to customers in major residential and commercial communities. By providing personalized service and innovative banking products, Center Bank has established itself as one of the most successful leading banks within the community. Since its inception in 1986, Center Bank has grown to $2 billion in assets from a mere $4 million initial capitalization.

 July 2007 Loan Production Office begins its operation in Northern CA.
 November 2005 Irvine Office opens for business at 14429 Culver Dr. in Irvine, CA.

 October 2002 Center Bank reorganizes to a bank holding company, Center Financial Corporation, and begins trading on the Nasdaq National Market with trading symbol CLFC.
